Last Year’s Newcomer Growing Strong

Tower Fund Services Expands its Operations, Services and Fund Domiciles Covered

The alternative fund administration firm Tower Fund Services is celebrating an exciting year of expansion across its service lines, client base, offices, and domiciles serviced. The firm has seen tremendous growth since 2013 as fund managers have been aggressively launching new funds.

The firm provides a full spectrum of tailored solutions for hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity, venture capital and real estate tax lien funds. Its suite of services includes fund startup, accounting, valuation, reporting and tax services to alternative investment managers in all strategies and structures. It also provides custody services for real estate tax lien certificates.

Tower continues to focus on US fund managers but has added the ability to provide services to funds domiciled in BVI and the Cayman Islands. It moved into its new office space on January 1st at 26 Broad Street in Red Bank, New Jersey to accommodate its increased operations

Co-founder and Managing Director Vince Sarullo said; “It has been an extremely exciting and rewarding year for us and our clients. Our rapid growth has far exceeded our expectations and we are seeing an increased pipeline of prospects that has us very optimistic. Beyond our traditional administration services, we are looking forward to promoting our real estate tax lien custody services at the February NTLA conference in Miami. This service has been a wonderful niche for us and has enabled managers in this strategy to get leverage for their funds. It is a win-win situation for everyone. We project multiples of last year’s growth this year and can’t wait to see where this journey continues to take us.”

Co-founder and Managing Director Kinjal Amin added: “2013 was a tremendous year for me, on both the business and personal front. With the expansion of our offices in New Jersey and India, to my wedding this past July, you can say that I’ve kept quite busy. It’s nice to have things settle down a bit and get to a somewhat “normal” routine. Our clients are highly motivated and optimistic individuals that are incredible to work with. Our cohesive relationships and values reflect throughout our organizations and spurs us forward.”
