Fund Accountant

Degrees Required: Bachelor’s

Majors: Accounting (preferred), Finance, Mathematics

Industry Experience: 0-4 years

Responsibilities:  Fund administration for hedge, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and fund of funds clients.  Directly responsible for NAV production, investor subscription/redemption processing, treasury functions, GAAP financial statement drafting, ad-hoc report creation and interaction with fund managers and investors.

Must have basic knowledge of investments, solid general accounting knowledge, attention to detail, ability to learn industry specific software, and good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Salary BOE – bonus eligible

Senior Fund Accountant

Degrees Required: Bachelor’s

Majors: Accounting (preferred), Finance, Mathematics

Industry Experience: 3-7 years

Responsibilities:  Fund administration for hedge, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and fund of funds clients.  Directly responsible for NAV production, investor subscription/redemption processing, cash movements, GAAP financial statement drafting, ad-hoc report creation and interaction with fund managers and investors.  Funds directly responsible for will be of a more complex nature than what a Fund Accountant would be responsible for.

Also responsible for the initial review of NAV packages produced by Fund Accountants and assist with training fund accountants and other staff.

Must have working knowledge of investments, solid general accounting knowledge, attention to detail, ability to learn industry specific software, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Salary BOE – bonus eligible

Real Estate Tax Lien Operations

Degrees Required: None, Bachelor’s (preferred)

Majors: Any

Industry Experience: 0-5 years

Responsibilities:  Working knowledge of QuickBooks, attention to detail, ability to learn industry specific software, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).  Handle day to day operations of tax lien processing, cash activity reconciliation and monitoring, lock box monitoring, and coordination among municipalities for liens.  Bookkeeping experience preferred.

Salary BOE – bonus eligible

Marketing Assistant

Degrees Required: None, Bachelor’s (preferred)

Majors: Marketing (preferred), Economics, Finance, Other

Industry Experience: 0-5 years

Responsibilities: Direct marketing (calls and mail), blog topic idea generation, website content updates, LinkedIn posts, conference/event attendance (some travel required), CRM maintenance, internet marketing monitoring and maintenance, marketing material updates and development.  Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).  Professional presence at all times with extroverted tendencies in social settings.

Base salary with commission program.
